Commercial Dosing Equipment Installation
This pool is commercial hydro therapy class pool with a very high bather load rate. So it is essential that the water is kept crystal clear and bacteria free at all times. This is why our client insisted on installing an automatic chemical dosing system.
Finding the right spot
The position of the dosing units needed to be in a part of the plant room of its own so a section of wall without any obstruction is perfect.
The Installed Dosing System
Here you can see the dosing units on the wall and all the dosing hose is hidden away for safety and protection. Also for easy operation we rigged the units to use a shift dosing method where the chemicals are taken directly from the containers that they come in.
The Injectors
Saddle clamps are used to feed the chemicals and the water sample lines into the pipe work.
Safety First
After the hoses and injectors are in place for safety we fitted some clear rubber tubing (over hose) over the dosing tubes that are feeding the chemicals in to the pipe work (in this case Sodium Hypochlorite & Acid). A floc dosing machine was also installed.
