Abrisud have created the ideal swimming pool cover. A telescopic pool cover which not only combines all the advantages of the traditional Abrisud Swimming Pool Covers but it also incorporates the ability to telescope back over the swimming pool.

The sections slide back over one another effortlessly and because of the precision manufacture of the Abrisud Swimming Pool Cover sections, they slide smoothly whilst maintaining a water tight seal between each of the sections. The telescopic Abrisud Swimming Pool Covers combine the ability to enable you to still open the structure in the traditional way as well as removing the structure completely away from the swimming pool.

Our swimming pool covers will extend your swimming season and because of the "green house" effect, will increase your water temperature and decrease your heating bills. The first of the spring sunshine will signal the start of swimming, which will last right to the end of Autumn.

With all Abrisud Swimming Pool Covers, swimming is still possible underneath the structure with access via a trap door or by sliding part of the telescopic section back. All sections can be raised up on their legs to a height of 1.80m or the cover can be completely removed from the swimming pool. Also available as an optional extra is a battery operated lifting system that will open each of the sections for you.

Abrisud Swimming Pool Covers will contain the warm water within the enclosure, there by reducing heating and chemical costs needed to maintain the water balance. It will reduce cleaning time, prolong the swimming season and conserve a clean and save water environment.

Also the tuff polycarbonate and sealable entrances means that you can leave your children playing by the swimming pool without them coming to any harm. As you can see from this picture, the 9mm twin walled polycarbonate shell of the pool cover can support a child and even a fully grown adult standing on it.

Swimming Pool Covers - Technical information

Aluminium profiles, powder coated white Qualicoat.

9mm twin walled polycarbonate, treated against U.V.

The Abrisud Swimming Pool Cover is fitted to the paving by means of aluminium plates (patented system) with easy to use knobs and brass/stainless steel raw plugs.

Each cover is supplied with a pair of legs 1.8m long and a pair 1m long for each section.

Rubber flanges act as a seal between the pool surround and the pool cover.

All joints between the polycarbonate and the aluminium profiles are sealed with a rubber strip to ensure water tightness.

Removable handles enable two people to lift the cover sections off the pool in good weather.
