All deliveries from Project Pool are securely packaged in their original containers and labelled.

Delivery is �20.00 on all items.

Delivery charges are for delivery to mainland UK addresses. Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands are special cases, please contact us for delivery charges. We can not send chemicals to the Channel Islands or Northern Ireland. We can recommend a very good international freight forwarder for any large items that need sending overseas.

Orders arriving with us by noon (GMT) will usually be despatched on that day and sent either by our delivery drivers or Business Post on their trackable next day home service or lighter items go by Royal Mail. We can't always guarantee next day service so we say 3 working days to be safe.



Returns

Return of damaged, faulty or wrongly ordered goods:

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so that we can arrange for your faulty goods to be collected and immediately despatch a new consignment at no additional cost to you. If you do not want the faulty goods replaced then we will collect them and issue you a full refund.

In the case of inflatable goods, if there is a fault e.g. a small hole or bad seam joint and you can locate it we ask that you cut around the fault and post just that piece to us. We will send a replacement. If you can not locate the leak then cut around the inflation valve and just send that. This means that you do not have to return the entire item, particularly helpful in the case of large items. Faults with inflatable items must be notified within 7 days of delivery.


Returns of electrical goods:

In the case of electrical items, if there is a fault you must notify us immediately and we will arrange for the item to be exchanged, DO NOT attempted to repair it yourself because tampered goods cannot be returned.


Should we inadvertently despatch the wrong goods, please notify us immediately so that we may rectify the problem at no additional cost to you. We will collect the wrongly sent goods and we will either send the correct goods or give you a full refund.


If you inadvertently order the wrong products and do not realise until delivered. Please notify us and we will arrange to collect and deliver the correct products. We will obviously need to charge carriage in this case. We will be happy to quote should this situation arise.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
